About me

I am a Psychologist licensed in Missouri with years of experience working with individuals with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and other life stressors. I try to meet clients where they are to help them reach their goals in a way that works for them. I have been trained with a cognitive behavior therapy orientation, but also include value-based and emotion-focused practices when I work with clients.
