Greg is phenomenal, I have seen many therapist over the years. Greg is intelligent and not your clinical text book therapy. He adapts his processes to what works for you. Highly recommend him!!! Thanks Greg

Greg carefully curates his message to your values, beliefs, and current mind state. Always builds you up & says things that stick in your subconscious whenever you get a block. He is very passionate about what he does and is in the perfect field of work. I was scared to try therapy be for so long because you hear the horror stories of people having to go thru multiple therapists to find their one. Luckily, I recognized Greg was the coach for me the first sessions. Will continue working with him hopefully for as long as possible!!

Greg is a great therapist who is both patient and understanding. I really appreciate his unique approach to the issues, thoughts, and concerns I bring up to him. They're incredibly helpful as well as being engaging enough that I enjoy working through them, rather than approaching my concerns with anxiety. Finally, Greg is really friendly and has provided a level of patience that has kept me going through therapy even when it gets difficult. For me, it's one of his best qualities and I truly appreciate it.

Greg is incredibly supportive and meets you exactly where you are, both in terms of emotional state, but also overall world view. He is an incredible listener, and ask fantastic questions to help you peel back the layers of what is going on.
