Talking to Greg the past six months has lifted such a weight from me— I honestly didn’t know where to begin with this heaviness in my heart and mind, but Greg has always remained patient, empathetic, and validating.
Regarding my struggles with alcohol, complicated grief surrounding my father’s death, trauma, anxiety, and depression, Greg would listen and really help me sit with those feelings in a truly reflective, yet objective space.
He offered better ways to cope, and ways to hold myself accountable. I never felt judged, or that there was a bar set too high by either him or myself. I can’t recommend him enough, and I’m so very grateful for his help and support.
