Hajnal is a very personable therapist. She listens and responds with practical ideas. I am a visual learner and she sends me visual aids that l can put on my screen saver. I also have hearing issues and she speaks clearly and slowly and makes sure l can see her full face on the screen. We work on what is my concern on the session day. Hajnal is a brilliant understanding therapist.

I can definitely recommend Hajnal. I feel very comfortable talking to her. She gives you the feeling you can share everything and you won’t be judged, but she doesn’t hesitate to ask difficult questions. I feel I’m being encouraged by her to face issues in myself that otherwise I would have neglected. I’m very thankful for her support.

Hanjal is so understanding and really helpful at finding the right coping mechanisms for what you are struggling with for me it is anxiety mostly and low mood. Really interactive sessions, always feel better after and home work to work through that also helps throughout the week. Highly recommend
