Haley has helped me pinpoint ways in learning to deal with my anxiety and given me great resources to practice on being happier and more confident. She does an excellent job of helping see things from the outside and figure out how to deal with negative thoughts more easily.

I really wish that I could have met her years ago. She is my very first therapist and I am so grateful. She is easy to talk to and I feel she understands what I am going through and what I need. I highly recommend her.
