About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida State University.

While I support clients in various areas, I am especially passionate about helping women manage family/ relationship issues, stress, anxiety and motherhood to build fulfilling lives and meaningful relationships. My approach is rooted in curiosity, openness, and practical, real-life application. I believe in empowerment—helping individuals navigate their paths with confidence and clarity through our collaborative efforts.

With over a decade of clinical experience, I have worked in diverse settings, including community agencies, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and substance abuse facilities, six years at Emory University Hospital and a clinical internship with the VA’s PTSD Trauma Recovery Program.

I have completed specialized training in relationship coaching, equipping me with effective strategies to help women strengthen their marriages and intimate partnerships—skills that have deeply enriched my own marriage, and I love sharing them with others.

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I commend you for beginning this journey.
