About me

Seeking therapy requires a great deal of strength and courage. As a therapist, I am passionate about helping my clients find that strength and courage in a safe space free from judgment. I work with adults struggling with: substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, life stressors, communication issues, interpersonal and relationship challenges. My therapeutic approach combines compassion, honesty, humor and lived experience. I believe therapy should be an enjoyable experience and I strive to create a relaxed atmosphere where people can share with ease. I draw from multiple therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy and utilize a trauma-informed approach.
