About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Texas and Tennessee. I have 3 years of experience in working with a variety of clients. I have worked with both patients and families dealing with new health diagnosis as well as various stages of life / health transitions. I also have experience working with children and teens with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ODD, ADHD, DMDD, anger management, history of self harm, and suicidal thinking.
My therapy style is a supportive and caring approach. My approach uses cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and talk therapy. Together we can tailor a treatment plan to fit your specific needs.
My typical available hours are evenings between and weekends during the morning and early afternoon.
