I’m Harriet a fully qualified, BACP-registered, person-centred counsellor. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to discuss your struggles, all from the comfort of your own home or confidential space. Whether you are facing personal challenges, emotional difficulties, or simply need someone to listen, I am here to support you on your journey towards well-being.
I specialise in Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, Loss and Grief, Identity issues, Phobia’s, Self-esteem, Stress, Sexuality, Work related issues, Addiction, Trauma, Relationships and Post traumatic stress.
I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals during times of sadness, loneliness, and when they need a safe, judgment-free space to speak freely. My aim is to provide a nurturing environment where clients feel heard and understood.

Harriet is super friendly and helpful. She always ensures to check in with how I'm feeling and how I want the session to go. She is understanding and is non-judgmental. I feel comfortable speaking to Harriet and I always come away from a session feeling some weight off my shoulders.
