Hayley has been extremely helpful in our sessions. She is able to take in a lot of information that I provide in sometimes stream of thought type ways and turn it into constructive lessons. I have already learned and incorporated several things from my sessions into daily practice. Would highly recommend Hayley for anyone that struggles with anxiety
