About me

I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, managing chronic illness, motivation, self esteem, & coping with life changes. I also have experience personally and professionally working with entrepreneurs who run their own businesses.

I take a holistic approach in my work with people, because I believe our physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected. This means my approach is more body-centered and trauma-informed, not solely thought-focused (although thought patterns are still important). I will spend time helping you start to feel how stress shows up in your physical body as well as emotionally. Your body and your mind are wired to work together, not separately.

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
