I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been providing counseling services for 8 years but I have been in the mental health field for 16. Most of my experience has been working with adults diagnosed with major mental illness. I have also worked with people with legal backgrounds. My counseling style is warm and client focused. I believe that our therapeutic rapport is the foundation for any work we are able to accomplish together. I am looking forward to helping you reach your goals in therapy.
