About me

I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. Clients generally come to me when they are struggling in relationships and can't figure out why, or when they have so much stress and anxiety that they get stuck and don't know what or how to change things. I use a combination of EMDR, parts work, CBT, and strength-finding to empower clients to move forward. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings are met with curiosity rather than judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage and incredible self-motivation. I am here to support you in that process.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Heather Lenz. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I came to BetterHelp during a really hard time in my life, and I didn’t really believe therapy worked. Within a couple weeks of talking to Heather, I’d already felt better, feeling like I was seen and heard for my needs. She challenged my way of thinking and gave me options. She is the best therapist I’ve had and I highly highly recommend her. :)
