Heather has been really helpful in helping me work through a few different concerns of mine. She has provided helpful exercises, journaling suggestions, and worksheets for me to work through the concerns I addressed with her when we were first matched. For our in person sessions, she is prepared to both let me bring up something to discuss or to discuss what I journaled about/reflected upon through the resources she provides. She is non-judgmental and easy to talk to.
