Helen has been so helpful to me during this crisis I am experiencing. Over the last few weeks she has helped me navigate through a huge change of life situation. I feel a little stronger and more empowered about my emotional strength with every session. She has been wonderful about moving at my pace, and she validates my feelings. She’s truly a caring person and I feel that from her when we have our sessions.

A very calm and understanding person. She is able to assist me to realize each step and reveal some things that I wasn't sure I knew myself. She also checks in when she has not heard from me and give me relevant work to fo between sessions. Very helpful.

Helen is so personable. She’ll ask you how you’ve been and will help celebrate your success with you, especially when you may not see it as success. She’s very attentive to body language and picks up on cues that I’m not even aware of. I really enjoy having sessions with her.

We have only had a couple sessions so far, but it doesn't take away from how incredible they have been. Her expertise and experience has helped broaden my way of processing things exponentially . She has made therapy inviting and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better therapist to be matched with.
