About me

Hi, I have been a therapist since 2003 and before that I was a nurse for many years. I have a private practice and have worked with clients with a range of issues including, sexuality, mental health, relationships, gender, grieving, low self confidence, family issues, abuse and sexual abuse,

I offer a safe environment for my clients and will use many different counselling models including, person centred, CBT, Gestalt and others as well. I will treat you as an individual and work with you in a kind and compassionate manner and at the beginning I will answer any questions or doubts you may have.

Counselling sometimes is not easy and takes courage but it gives you a time to be kind to yourself and a time to breath. If you are ready to take that first step I will be here to support you and work with you in going forward.

I look forward to working with you.

I’m only after 3 sessions with my therapist but I already feel a bit better, I feel a bit more confident in my skin and some things already make sense that didn’t back then. It’s a long journey, but I’m on it!
