Helen is great at gentle listening. If you need someone to just hear what you say without judgement or translating it into something else she absorbs what you say to her and reflects it back in a really gentle, calm and understanding way.

Helen is very easy to talk to and is always supportive and kind. She has a unique way of pointing out feelings that I may not have realised were there before and is helpful in my particular journey towards healing. I am so grateful to have her.

I like the balance of listening and rephrasing and and giving suggestions and observations based on Helen’s experience with other clients. Helpful to see one’s patterns and also various perspectives on the same issue . I felt like Helen understood me well and we covered a lot of ground even in a short period of time.

Helen was very patient and understanding regarding my experince. She provided me with help that finally made me to go further about my triggers and trauma. Helen also encouraged me about my passions, which was exactly what I needed!

I really need to feel seen and heard and to be able to ramble on myself to try to connect the dots and feel supported by my therapist, but not told what to do. I can ask for advice, of course, but what works really well for me about Helen’s methods is the fact that she reflect everything back to me and that makes me feel so validated.
Apart from this, she is so sweet and kind and tolerant. I have talked with her about relationship anxiety, attachment style issues, sexual abuse, childhood trauma around physical and psychological abuse, overthinking and avoidance patterns/addiction, LGBTQ+ issues among other things. I am very content.

Helen was brilliant to work with. She let me flow at my own pace and made me feel safe and listened to.
I would highly recommend her.
