Holly goes above and beyond. Every week I get a message to just check in let me know she is praying for me. It's more than a feeling of having someone to go to and feel safe, she shows you it is. More than appreciate what she has done for me.

Holly is always helpful and responds to all of my messages as soon as she can. She relates everything to the gospel, and has no problem calling me out on things, which is what I need, and she does so in a very respectful manner! She is also usually ready for our sessions early! She gives 100% of the credit from helping others, straight to God! I recommend her for anyone!

Holly has been THE best therapist I’ve had. She’s great at listening and is super validating. You can be yourself around her without any judgment and she’s truly a wonderful person. She’s very educated and knows what’s she’s talking about. She’s super great at responding to messages in between sessions for semi emergent things that you need to talk about before your scheduled appointment. She’s easy going and we laugh throughout most of our sessions. I truly look forward to our sessions each week. She’s also flexible with her schedule! 100% recommend!!

I am very greatful that i have found her. For me it was really hard to be able to find a therapist that was a right match for me. But i have been working with her for a while now and my life has changed completely. I have really been able to make progress with her.
I like working with Holly because she tells me exactly how it really is. She doesn't just take my side when i am wrong and she gives me answers when i need them. I have been able to find my worth again while working with her.

The only therapist that I have ever been able to talk to honestly for longer than a couple sessions. She shows she cares and encouraged me to work toward my goals and improvements.

Holly is extremely knowledgeable and often explains to me the scientific reasoning behind why I react how I do, think how I do, or feel how I do, which is something she asked if I was interested in hearing. It’s very clear that she caters our session to my preferences and respects my wishes for pace of moving into more uncomfortable topics. I also like that she can read that I enjoy hearing about experiences or feelings of her own that relate to my situation which helps to build my trust. I’m headed into session 3 and she’s been amazing. She makes the best out of a really uncomfortable healing process for me.

Holly is a compassionate listener. She mirrors back distorted thoughts and patterns in ways that allow for gentle, and deeper insight. She also keeps in touch throughout the week to send kind reminders or just check on her clients. I appreciate both the weekly video sessions, and her short check-ins between sessions.
