Holly Atherton, LPC
About me
It seems like the world can require a bit of tightrope walking these days, which can bring up anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive and compassionate space free of judgement or prejudice for each individual. I will work to understand your life story as well as those events and factors which may have impacted your life. Together, we will identify personal goals for therapy leves you firmly in the driver's seat of your life. Your goals will help determine the direction of our work together and gage your progress.
I work with adults, teenagers and couples navigating major life transitions (such as starting a new job, new relationship, starting college or life cycle), those working to cope with ADHD, Autism and associated anxiety, parenting issues, parenting children with disabilities, acceptance of medical diagnosis, infertility battles, menopause and aging.
Providing a supportive and compassionate space to talk about the difficult parts of your life is a high priority to me. Make an appointment to begin your journey towards understanding yourself and your interaction with those around you. I provide education on managing stress, mental health and real life problem solving support.

I feel more comfortable talking with her. It feels like I'm talking to a friend then a stranger. Someone who doesn't open up to anyone she makes it easy to open up and talk about things nobody knows
