I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon with 15 years of professional experience. I have enjoyed working with a cross-cultural group of teens through adults in a number of different settings. Having helped clients address their concerns around anxiety, adjustment to significant life changes, infertility battles, parenting issues including parenting children with disabilities, caring for aging parents, menopause and neurodivergent diagnosis adjustment. I believe in creating a positive and supportive environment, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy among other treatment models. Together, we will identify your most pressing needs, devise goals and a treatment plan to assist you meet your unique needs.
