So far my sessions with Hope have been really helpful. She listens and is good at making me feel comfortable sharing my truth. She is good at being real and giving solid advice without making make me feel ashamed for mistakes or short comings. She is very knowledgeable and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

She is very approachable, understanding and relatable. Her strength seems to spring from her genuine, empathy and kindness that comes from years of service work as a therapist.
Grateful to have her as my therapist to guide me along my journey of recovery and hope.

Of the two sessions so far I’ve had with Hope she is my favorite therapist I’ve had. She summarizes my mains points and helps me redirect on my own and validates my feelings, choices, and tears. I’m really enjoying the fluidity of making my own schedule with her; it helps my brain to visually see and make my own appointments so that is super cool too:)

Truly listens, non-judgmental, and one of the best therapists out there

Hope is kind, compassionate and helpful to me on my self discovery and therapy journey. She's patient and allows me to get my frustration out and is able to hold space for all the difficult and painful emotions that I express. She provides feedback that's super helpful to me. I appreciate her very much and she's an excellent therapist. I would highly recommend her
