Ida is a peace filled lady who I imagine practices what she teaches. She is warm and comforting yet doesn’t hold back what I need to hear. I’ve had two sessions and I’m already changing some of my behaviors that have kept me stuck. I would highly recommend her!

Very thankful to have been able to find ida, she’s a warm and wonderful human and a caring and thoughtful therapist. She has helped me come to realizations and talk through things I needed another perspective on. She always points out things I may have missed or need to hear. I couldn’t recommend her enough :)
