Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ida Whitaker. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Ida is a pro at communication skills. I struggle communicating with my mom and although I’ve only had two sessions, my communication skills have grown exponentially. She supplemented our session work with helpful worksheets and activities that expedited my progress. I use the skills she’s cultivated in me to better my relationships and to resolve conflicts. Her friendly and down to earth demeanor makes it easy to discuss difficult topics. She is wonderful to work with.

I have felt supported by Ida. She has a very logical approach and doesn’t hesitate to point out areas in which I have a foggy perspective. I would recommend her.

I feel very at ease talking to Ida, and I feel safe to be vulnerable rather than cherry picking my answers/anecdotes to sound ‘correct’. I feel that she genuinely wants to help me, she’s so compassionate, and there’s no judgement.
