Ila is the best therapist I’ve ever had. Based on my profile, BetterHelp did a really good job of matching me up with her. She is kind, skilled, and non judgmental while still calling things like they are. I couldn’t ask for more.

Incredibly thankful such a wonderful, attentive person chose this line of work. I manage a lot of serious anxiety and have pretty rough adhd and needed a solid place to start after losing my insurance due to divorce. I found Ila and from day one we got back to work on a lot of big changes and perspectives. The mixture of information, conversation and genuine care I have received has been life changing. I just needed an ear and received so much more and could not be more thankful.
