Ilene Vallance's knowledge and understanding of narcissistic behavior, has really helped me deal with my own family members and how to survive this toxic environment. Helping me pull out of the cycle and feel better about the situation. She helped me look at it from the outside and release the guilt from pulling away. I deserve to be happy too!
