The past one and a half in weekly therapy has been the most profound, life-changing therapy I’ve ever had throughout my lifetime.
I’d been chemically balanced for the past 18 yrs without therapy but kept repeating the same old negative thoughts/behaviors until I had to deal with deep internal issues.
Ina knew within 2 sessions of therapy what was the reason behind my suffering. She was the first therapist to identify the root cause of my inner child trauma wound and after that missing piece of the puzzle was revealed; the hardest work on creating change for myself slowly began. She face me incredible tools and therapeutic strategies to help me overcome my old self in order to become who I was meant to be since childhood. She led me to a healthier mindset and a new way to address the root cause of my suffering. This has been the most profound therapy I’ve ever had or done and I’m eternally grateful for the guidance, compassion, support and insight that Ina has shown me.

She’s extremely understating, doesn’t judge whatsoever, is willing to sacrifice appointment time to take care of important milestones immediately to move forward and feel better. And she has a beautiful dog named Penny. Makes me happy.

Ina is empathetic, a great listener and wise in her advice. I have greatly valued the therapy she has provided. She is also very calm, which is a wonderful trait in a therapist given how hyper I can be.
