I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience. Very good counselor. I had one call session due to a lot of guilt and crying spells due to my own sins. She provided Bible verses to recite and reassurances of what the Bible says, which helped a lot with my doubting mind that caused a lot of anxiety. There’s power in the Word of God.
