About me

I understand and believe that it takes a strong person to seek assistance when needed. I believe we are not made to live in isolation, and we do best when we have others we can count on as part of our community. In therapy I enjoy helping others become the best versions of themselves.
I am a mother of 4 adult children. I have over 13 years of experience working with older and younger adults addressing a wide variety of issues. One of my passions is helping people learn, grow and heal through trauma and depression / depressive thoughts.
I am easy to talk to and enjoy being part of the change process. My style is warm, respectful and compassionate. I work to build a good working relationship and truly care about the issues and stories each individual presents to me. I am honest and open with others and enjoy sharing a frank and honest perspective on issues. I look forward to working with you.

She's really helpful and gives great advice. I love that she also includes the Scriptures in her advice as it has helped me to become more grounded in the Word while dealing with what I'm going through
