I help individuals navigating trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and/or relationship challenges. My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can build trust, explore their experiences, and develop coping strategies to foster healing and resilience. Collaboratively, we will identify your goals, and develop personalized strategies to enhance your wellbeing.
