About me

I have 40 years of treatment of Substance Abuse, Mental health, and Employee Assistance Programs. I consider myself a generalist and see a wide range of people problems and organizational efforts. I see Perfectionism as a big problem, along with Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Relationship issues, Sports improvement, and the list goes on.

I am able to get to know my clients and provide insightful assistance. Sometimes the process of counseling is fairly quick and the outcome is very positive. I am understanding and sincere in providing counseling.
My clients have taught me about life's struggles and has provided insights that has proved very valuable. I have been a football coach and a member of 1965 National Championship, playing for Michigan State University. MSU has received awards for being a leader for racial integration, diversity.
