Jacklyn is an excellent listener, and great at both affirming clients' strengths while challenging them to approach situations with a new perspective!

Jacklyn has been so helpful helping me navigate through this difficult period a I'm currently facing.
She's listens and makes wonderful suggestions for methods I can utilise in making sure I come out of the session feeling more confident about my capability to handle my problems.
She doesn't just stop at live sessions, she shares other resources she believes will be useful.
She provides clarity about the issues that confuse me, which is very helpful on my journeyto heal.
I was initially concerned that the difference in background (I live in Nigeria and she lives in the USA) would act as a stumbling block but this wasn't the case as we blended in so easily and I look forward to all our sessions.

Jacklyn has a gentle and understanding approach. She listens when has to and gives advice when is needed. She walks with her client through understanding patterns and automatisms, while letting the person come up with the answer.

Jacklyn is such a kind and caring person and has helped me tremendously through the darkest period of my life so far. Upon the first session I had with her I felt safe and comfortable to share everything I was going through. She is an amazing therapist and somehow understands and can articulate how I feel even better than I can, my sessions with her have helped me look at things in a different light and I feel like we’ve made a lot of progress together. I would recommend her to anyone, can’t thank her enough!!
