About me
Thank you for looking at my page and I am proud of you for taking the first step to feeling better by thinking about therapy. I am a Licenced Clinician Social Worker have over 6 years of experience in Maine working with adults, adolescents and children. I am skilled in CBT, DBT, certified in TF-CBT, mindfulness and motivational interviewing techniques. My areas of expertise range from anxiety and depression work to trauma, eating disorders and sexual abuse treatment. I am also skilled in parenting problems and supporting parents of children with behavioral needs. I have worked with a wide range of individuals throughout Maine and believe that each person brings their individuality to sessions and no 2 people are alike.
My approach is empathic, open and I take a problem and solution focused approach for each individual. Taking the first step to figuring out how to live a more fulfilled and happy life is a big one, and I believe working together we can build a foundation for a better life.
