About me
BACP registered counsellor, MA counselling, specialising in Marriage and Family. I work with adults, children, families and couples on a long term or short term basis. I am qualified to deliver parenting courses, such as Webster Stratton Incredible years and enhancing adoptive parenting. I offer you a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and professional space to explore any issues that are causing you distress. I work in a non- directive way and follow your lead because I believe that you are the expert in your own life.
I provide a secure and compassionate environment to explore and overcome any challenges and anxieties that you that you are struggling with. If you have any issues from your past that you are finding hard to cope with and they are inhibiting your relationships with your partner, friends or family, it is good to talk to an unbiased person who can help you navigate your way through the issues. You need care and support to feel free of their burden. My role is to help therapeutically with this task.
