Jacqueline has been very helpful. She listens very well and is very supportive. She is also encouraging and positive. Our weekly sessions are something I actually look forward to because she fosters such a warm and understanding environment each time. She has been of great council and has helped me work through my current struggles, at times even helped me to see things from a POV that I was missing. I felt like Jacqueline saw the real me and helped me to rediscover myself. She has been almost like a cheerleader, rooting for me and reminding me to keep up the good working so that I can feel proud of myself and where I am.
