I feel incredibly fortunate to have connected with my therapist right from the start. She has been an invaluable guide as I navigate the challenges of living with an alcoholic. From the moment we began working together, I felt understood, supported, and heard. Her compassionate approach immediately put me at ease, and I appreciate how she combines empathy with deep knowledge of the complexities involved in my situation. Her insights into addiction have helped me not only understand the behaviors of my loved one but also how to take care of myself in the process. I look forward to our sessions because I always leave feeling more grounded and empowered to manage difficult emotions and situations. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where I can be open and honest, and I truly value the positive impact she's having on my mental health. Her expertise, combined with her warm, patient demeanor, makes her an exceptional therapist. I feel incredibly supported, and I am grateful to have her in my corner as I work through this journey.

Jacqueline is the best therapist I’ve had the privilege of working with. She has been able to handle anything I throw at her. Where people have made me feel shame, she has helped me understand and grow. She truly is one that can connect and help in any situation. My favorite thing about her, she’s honest. If she doesn’t have an answer right away, she has the resources and the desire to help you find the best course of action. Jaqueline is incredible.

I thoroughly enjoy speaking with Jacqueline as she is not only a very good and attentive listener, but extremely compassionate, empathetic and understanding. I have never felt any sort of judgment or negative vibes from her. Her "down to earth" casual approach provides a very comfortable atmosphere for me to share my thoughts and feelings in a completely honest fashion.

I've only been in therapy with Jackie for about a week - but she is kind, patient, and understanding. She's been absolutely great and she really puts the time in, often writing replies to me super late at night - above and beyond.

She is incredibly helpful, always. Her range of expertise allows her to give perspective and advice in so many situations. She's always ready to offer up help, or a great book suggestion, or even just some thoughtful questions to explore and answer.
I can't say enough good things about her.

Jackie has already been so helpful with just a few sessions. She digs deep and gives you space to talk out what you're feeling, but also shares helpful feedback and analysis. Very sweet and caring, and I feel such joy after our sessions.

I'm very easy going and usually stick it out with things or people, because i don't like confrontation, so with that said - My first therapist I was matched with did not get me, i could tell we weren't going to jive with the first session. I was hesitant to try again, but the best things dont always come first, sometimes you have to take another chance and I couldnt be happier that i did, Meredith is so warm and lovely. She just gets me , from the first 5 mins she could connect with me and she understood me, YES THAT SOON! She listens and listens she doesn't pressure anything shes just there for you with her wisdom and knowledge. shes a safe space.

Ms Meredith is a wonderful therapist and she is so helpful. She is professional, yet not lacking compassion. She’s helped me to realize things about myself and my relationships with others that I wouldn’t have seen on my own. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jackie is amazing! I felt so blessed because you never know how you will match up with a therapist and we clicked right away! She is responsive, gives great worksheets to practice and expand awareness ( one of my favorites) and is very personable both in sessions and in texts between sessions. She is such a gem and I’m very happy to have been paired with her!
