About me
Jacqueline Paul Okyere Benya is a black therapist and founder of Embrace Therapy and Consultation LLC. Embrace Therapy and Consultation LLC is reclaiming emotional and mental wellness for BIPOC folks through unapologetic authentic vibes and healing. Embrace therapy was founded in July 2020 . Let’s face it - this year alone has triggered a series of emotions for most such as loneliness , loss, rejection , or maybe even losing a sense of control. Whether it be your current circumstances or unresolved emotions from your past - You always have the power to recreate your narrative and take accountability of your healing.
As a licensed mental health counselor, she is passionate about serving the BIPOC community. It is often in these communities people have suffered through systemic oppression and having their voice stifled or overlooked in spaces where they make the most impact. . Jacqueline creates a space that provides validation , advocacy, safety and empowerment to help individuals and families find their voice and power toward being their most unapologetic self.
