About me
Hello and thank you for visiting my page!
It takes a village to champion life challenges especially when you have experienced trauma. As a counselor, I am here to be a resource and support individuals as they navigate this journey. Let’s be brave together and know you deserve support. I believe in creating affirming, brave, and safe spaces where I celebrate diversity and actively seek to approach my client's concerns with respect and urgency.
My goal is to develop collaborative relationships with my clients to achieve their therapeutic goals. I strive to utilize practical techniques, tools, and valuable resources to assist my clients as they navigate through challenges. To accomplish this goal I tailor the counseling experience to the needs and concerns of my clients using a variety of counseling treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Gestalt therapy.
