About me
I am here to serve as a guide to help you on your journey to discovering your best self. I believe each person has it within them to bring about the change they need and I can offer tools, outside perspective and insight to help you reach your goals. I take a client centered, systems perspective approach that is guided and informed by systems theory, attachment theory, and neurobiology principles.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in New Mexico. I received my Masters of Science in Family and Child Science, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from New Mexico State University and I received my Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University.
