Hi, I'm Jada and I am a LCPC who works in treating a variety of conditions. I am skilled in identifying and treating Anxiety, Depression, Women's Issues, Self Esteem, OCD, ADD/ADHD, Grief, and issues related to the Family System. I would consider myself to be solution focused counselor who is eclectic in my approach to therapy. I encourage my clients to define their own goals throughout therapy and I love digging deep, continuously motivating my clients towards growth and change. I also offer Christian counseling to clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.
Furthermore, I specialize parental coaching and support in child rearing. My style of counseling is integrative and eclectic. I pull from several different approaches and theories of counseling, including: CBT, Narrative Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy.
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is an essential catalyst to change, and I strive to encourage, support and challenge my clients throughout the counseling process. I believe in the power of my clients to overcome, heal, and grow from their experiences and I value being there along the way.
