Jaime absolutely changed my life! She is very professional, kind, and compassionate while still pushing me to pursue growth/healing. Jaime offered some methods of therapy I've never tried before and they ended up being a huge positive addition to my mental health journey!

Excellent listener and partner. If you like the CBT method she is an amazing teacher. She helped me learn and gain tools to change my thinking. She gave me resources, checked in when she didn’t hear from me, and was realistic about goals and objectives.

I always look forward to meeting with Jaime. She is a wonderful listener, is very insightful, and asks thoughtful questions. She is kind and supportive, and she provides me with really valuable, new perspectives on my experiences. We usually do a video call, and those are really helpful. There have been a few times where I've direct messaged her asking for advice, and she's always quick to respond. She also sends me worksheets that allow me to we've talked about. I'd recommend Jaime to anyone looking for a comforting, supportive, caring, and kind therapist with actionable advice.
