These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Jakia Marshall-Jones. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

This was my first therapy experience and I couldn't of asked for a better therapist. Jakia really listened and understood me and really gave me essential tools that I can use throughout my life. She helped me peel back a lot of layers which were extremally pivotal for my mindset. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start therapy.

Jakia is my very first therapist. She is understanding, non-judgemental and provides a safe space for me to talk about my anxieties. She encourages me to be kinder to myself and helps expand my world view. There might sometimes be instances where appointments start a little later than scheduled, but life throws unexpected things and it's understandable. I hope this was helpful!

I only have three phone call sessions with Jakia because after them I feel much more positive. Jakia is insightful in finding out the source of my problems and is skilled to lead me to the right path. Besides, she is patient and warmhearted, I feel safe and comfortable to discuss my thoughts and feelings with her. Great experience overall.

Jakia is very good at her job. She's very insightful and attentive to questions I ask. Her answers are very well worded and well thought out, I find that it's easy for me to understand what her advice is.
Our sessions all go along smoothly and I am confident that I am getting as much as I'm putting in when we talk.

She also does very well checking in on me, which is much appreciated.
