It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life by taking the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you. My passion in my career has always been and will continue to be having the ability to walk along side those and assist in experiencing exploration and discovery of ways to progress, making change in a healthy way to live a more fulfilling lifestyle.

Wonderful

James has been so helpful with me regulating my emotions during difficult times with triggering people. I have learnt better skills in listening, understanding others and developing better boundaries and just good to have an unbiased opinion to hold a mirror up to myself as well.
Been very helpful , professional and empathetic and would (and have) definitely recommend him as well as betterhelp to others who are looking for therapy.

James has helped me through a few difficult periods of my life and has always been extremely attentive, responsive, and has a talent for thinking creatively for solutions and connecting the dots. Happy to see that he’s continuing to make an impact for over two years now since I started working with him.
