About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing compassionate, person-centered therapy. I work with adolescents, teens, and adults to navigate a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and theo verwhelming stress of life’s difficulties. After graduating from USC, I have completed extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. I specialize in CBT, DBT, EFT, and Lifespan Integration. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for people to explore their emotions and gain insight into their behaviors, fostering a collaborative approach to treatment that empowers individuals. Committed to ongoing professional development, I stay informed on the latest research in the mental health field to provide the best care possible.
