James Cady has really helped me challenge some of my limiting beliefs. He is a great listener and always has relatable stories/quotes that are easy to recall, and are useful tools when my limiting beliefs resurface. He has also helped me manage some of my anxieties. His kindness and compassion are evident and I highly recommend him.
