James is great. He will take your lead and guide you more deeply into the under current of what is contributing.

I am currently a medical student and I have been dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety. I don't even know if I realized how much stress I had until I dumped it all on James.
And James just took it in stride; he has been extremely helpful! At first I was reluctant to talk to a therapist because of the time commitment and even the stigma of just needing mental help, but I am so glad I finally did. I have been using the messaging app online and it has been very convenient and helpful. Thank you James! You're changing lives!

I've been working with James for a little over 2 months now. I've been to various therapists over the years, but this is the first time I feel like a therapist is on the same page with me. I've felt very comfortable opening up to him and I feel very safe. He is very warm and kind and always has a technique or idea to try. He is not pushy and only suggests thing to try if you are feeling open to it. Otherwise, he is great at listening and asking questions. If you are worried about doing therapy again, like I was, then no worries, James is the guy for you.
