Jim has been very helpful for me. We have completed 3 sessions so far and it has been eye-opening to see what I truly needed help with. What I truly needed to acknowledge that I wasn’t able to without Jim’s help. He is experience and very helpful. I am grateful for him

Jim is amazing. He tells me what I need to hear and asks questions that help me to fully accept where I'm at with things, even if it's that I'm not ready to tackle something yet. He uses techniques to help me fully experience my feelings, that it's okay to grieve, and that I don't have to stop myself from grieving to be strong for everyone else. I can grieve and still be strong. It's OK to be vulnerable and to have these moments as long as I don't stay too long.

Jim Wells is an excellent therapist. He helped me identify issues I didn't even know were bothering me. In a span of three months, he has helped me become a different, better person who is more confident, nurturing, and no longer suffers from anxiety.

I’ve only had one session but it was quite helpful. Jim seemed to really listen and have a genuine interest in helping me.
