James is a very kind understanding therapist. I like that he actually creates and discusses plans of treatment and what you want from therapy. I feel like I can get the help I need.

James is a wonderful therapist! He is always so kind, respectful, and supportive. He has helped me rephrase and reshape my thinking to be more mindful in life and helped me develop strategies that I can implement daily to help overcome my anxiety issues. My first session with Jim taught me the ins and outs of betterhelp and I genuinely think there is no one as kind that I could have been placed with instead. He's a great listener but is also great at filling in the cracks and keeping things lively. He's professional and has made me feel comfortable and I'm grateful to be sharing this experience with him.
