James is a phenomenal therapist. He has helped me define and work through so much pain in just a few weeks and I look forward to an ongoing journey of healing with him. I've spoken to quite a few therapists/counselors/psychiatrists over the years and I'm so grateful that I can finally say I've stopped searching.

James is very approachable and has a friendly demeanor. He appears non-judgmental and speaks frankly about what needs to be addressed. I fell comfortable talking to him.

James is the best!
He exudes trustworthiness. I genuinely feel able to share all my thoughts and secrets with him and he won't judge me for it, which is tremendously helpful in opening up.
James constantly provides ideas on how to structure my thoughts and how to tackle problems. Little things that are easily incorporated into my daily life, yet make a mountain of a difference.
He also listens incredibly well and pays attention to things I randomly say, but discovers the bigger meaning and issue behind them, which I then go "ah yeah, I really do think that". And then finding ways to resolve them.
He also never pushes for topics, we discuss what feels good to discuss today and take it step by step.
Since talking with James, I have made leaps in my progress and am doing so much better and for the first time in many many years I am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel and I believe with James' help I can reach it.

You are very lucky if you get paired with him as a therapist!
