I am licensed (LCSW) in Utah and Arizona with 20+ years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, anger, healing from trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, and relationship issues. I am also certified in addictions counseling (MAC) and have 20+ years experience helping clients address those issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I know that it takes courage to seek out a more functional, fulfilling, and happier life and to take the first steps towards positive change.
