James Saxton, LCSW
About me
We all have unique needs and goals from treatment. As this is true, I do not offer a one size fits all approach. Various causes and conditions impact us each differently and it is in the partnership we form, the co-operation we engage in, and how progress towards goals are made. Motivation for change in any area also varies and this is what creates our unique experience together.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to express thoughts, feelings, and actions that may be impacting your life. I offer experience in several treatment approaches and personalities. I work to help bring awareness and self-exploration to the extent one would like to experience. I am presently a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and LCDC (Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor) in the State of Texas. I have supplemented these with a CTP (Clinical Trauma Professional) certification and a CEF (Certified Experiential Facilitator - Deep Waters Recovery Program).

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for James Saxton. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
He's a great match for me. Hard to describe the way he supports my goals and what I need to work thru, but it's extremely comprehensive. He notices when I'm masking, and encourages respectfully things that I don't even realize I need in the moment. A great mix of blunt and compassionate.
