I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience. I earned my MSW from USC and spent most of my career working at UCSD Health providing psychotherapy to adults. I have experience in helping clients with complex trauma, depression, stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and life purpose.
